I worked as a Field I Tech at Mytech and this is what happened

1.  A revolution for me, Mytech's culture rules the day, and they MEAN it... full time with premium health insurance, generous PTO, and 401k/match.

5.  Mytech has their s*** (sorry so blunt) together.  My job is easier because they are relentless about process and strategy.  They have this thing they say, Make IT Easy.  Clients are happier, I'm happier, my family is happier.
