Position Summary

Look, I'm just gonna get to the point here.  If you've completed your CompTIA-related certifications (A+, Network+, things like that), great start.  I would presume this means you have a plan, and focus, and discipline.   Or perhaps you've been working for a year or so but it's time to dig into that plan again.

Yeah yeah I know, most job descriptions rattle off a dozens of essential duties and responsibilities, but let's keep it simple: you'll be part of our managed service team whose job is to proactively monitor and maintain our managed client network infrastructures.  You need to be professional and articulate (you will remotely interact with our client users) in communicating via phone or email or DM or smoke signals.  Do this, and we'll pay you somewhere between $27,000 and $40,000, and there's room to grow here too as we also have offices in Denver and Cincinnati.   

If I must worship the bullet point gods, here's a couple of the most important ones

  • Troubleshoot client technical issues
  • Assist in disaster recovery and emergency situations
  • Perform scheduled maintenance for client networks
  • Assist with application updates, platform upgrades, and patching
  • Document all steps taken and issue resolution
  • Prior industry experience desired, specifically supporting Microsoft-based workstations
  • Mostly, we want people who... well... who care and love building customer relationships.  And you can hear it in your voice, and see it in your sense of urgency
